About Niribili

Niribili is located off the road connecting Jhargram town with the NH6 at Lodhasuli. It is about 11 km from Jhargram and 5 km from Lodhasuli. It is part of The Colony — a colony of homesteads, each one in the middle of several acres of land, set up by Anglo-Indian settlers about sixty years back. After India won her independence in 1947, most of the original Anglo Indians who set up the colony sold off the properties and emigrated. The Colony is situated on relatively high land, amidst orchards and sal forests.

Niribili is a little more than a kilometre from the nearest villages, with shops where you can buy essential groceries, vegetables and toiletries. For anything else you have to go 11 km to Jhargram town.

It is a convenient centre from which to explore nature, cultural and market destinations in several districts of West Bengal, Jharkhand and Orissa. You can avail our six-seater MPV to tour.

Not only is Niribili within easy reach of Kolkata, it is also a convenient point from which to access many of the tourist spots of Southern West Bengal, Orissa and Jharkhand.
